Shipping & Delivery
Delivery of your items should be received within 3 – 5 working days for the North Island and 5 - 8 days for the South Island.
Should the product be received broken or damaged, or if you discover a defect, please make contact via our contact link immediately within 24 hours. We will arrange a replacement. We may require a photo image for our records. If the item is not available, we will provide a complete refund.
If the wrong item is delivered to you by mistake, we will arrange for it to be picked up and exchanged for the correct item.
We are not responsible for non receipt of goods if the address that you provided is incorrect (must be recognised by NZ Post). Parcels are signed for upon receipt from courier.
We cannot deliver to a post office box.
