Warranties

Should the product be received broken or damaged, or if you discover a defect, please make contact via our customer services link within 24 hours. We will endeavour to arrange a replacement. We may require a photo image of the broken items for our records. If the item is not available for replacement, we will provide a complete refund.

All John Deere Toys have at least a 12-month warranty. Rolly ride-on toys have a 3-year warranty.

The warranty covers product manufacturing defects, and does not cover normal wear and tear.
