Hi Ken, just wanted to drop you a line and tell you that we have noticed a significant improvement in the service  and atmosphere at Silverdale since Roland and the team from Kumeu have moved in.
 
The support, staff are now giving each other, the willingness to help customers and the  follow up is chalk and cheese compared to what was occurring at this branch prior to the changes.

In Feb 2011 Mr Martin Kamphuis was entered into our draw to win a John Deere 'JM26 Walk Behind Mower' - Martin Kamphuis, commented: "It's the best mower I have ever had. It drives itself, it's easy to use and has a great wide cut. The compact tractor is my new toy, I'm always on it and it helps me to do the jobs that I would've no longer been able to do. I haven't won anything in over 20 years, to win this mower was great."
In Feb 2011 Mr Neven Granich was entered into our draw to win a John Deere 'JM26 Walk Behind Mower' - Neven Granich, commented: "The Starfire II is really good and is currently on my John Deere 7930 drill tractor, which we have running 24 hours a day. Denise Van De Westerlo commented that, Hayden Hicks, Service Technician at our Cambridge Branch, has made one of customers very happy & satisfied with the work that he carried out in Aug 2011.
Mr David Blackstock of Hamilton, had been having ongoing issues with his Case tractor. That was until last month when Hayden arrived. Mr Blackstock said that "Hayden was very well spoken and clear with what he was about to do to the tractor in order to attempt and remedy the issue", which he did in 5 minutes.
Mr Blacktock also commented that he knows praise is not given out enough these days, so thinks that Hayden deserves some acknowledgement. As he could ‘actually’, (compared to the last tech) arrive, dismantle, remedy & repair the tractor, all the while speaking in English so the customer knew what was happening.
